Return Policy

Damaged Products

We will replace any product that arrives damaged.

  • Proof of damage is required (a photo of the product must be emailed to us).
  • Claims must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds for work that has already been completed.

Process

  • Email your proof of damage within 3 days of delivery.
  • Once your claim is verified, a replacement will be shipped promptly.
